I was taking so many photos when I was in Granada, Spain, I had to be dragged away... definitely a scenic spot. Visit other "scenic" blogs at Scenic Sunday
Thank you! Yes, a beautiful place, you could spend all day! This is the Generalife, the "summer palace" of the Moorish rulers of Granada. Funny really, because you can just walk to it from the Alhambra, which is basically the "winter" palace! Fun to imagine the entire harem being "moved" from one to the other, isn't it?
Originally from New York, I spent many years in Belgium, as well as six months in the former USSR. I'm happily living stateside now, but I've taken many photos along the way and I'd like to share some. On a different note, I'm doing my best to turn the Brit hubcap into a Yank!

I've always wanted to go here! So many great scenic photo ops to have. Nice capture with the sunlight on the old structures...
I went there many years ago and I agree about it being very scenic. Very nice piccie.
so wonderful to see this place and a wonderful image too!
Really wonderful view of the old buildings. I'm sure there was so much more to see!
Yes, I can see there might be tons of tempting places to photograph there...all the more so for me because it's so different from Canada. ;-)
lovely view and greatly taken...thanks for sharing..i wish to visit this place in the future!!
Looks very scenic. Is that a castle? I think Spain has quite a few, doesn't it?
I too have to be dragged away from taking photos, my husband doesn't always find my subjects as time-consumingly interesting as I do!
